Orders are generally fulfilled from the closest fulfillment centre to minimise delivery time. Your order will be shipped by one of the following delivery partners including (but not limited to): Australia Post, Aramex, Amazon Logistics, Couriers Express, StarTrack, Toll or DHL. In general, the carrier that can ship your order to you the fastest will be selected.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods in the case you file a claim against the shipment carrier.
