Shipment processing time

All orders are typically processed within 2-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order due to factors within our control, we will endeavour to contact you via email.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control. Where we are notified of them, we will endeavour to contact and assist you if your order is affected by them.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods in the case you file a claim against the shipment carrier.
